Mohaaseb operates on a subscription-based model.
Users may cancel or change their subscription at any time.
Paid amounts are non-refundable to the original payment method. In case of cancellation or plan change, the remaining balance will be credited to the user's internal wallet within the platform.
Wallet balance can only be used for future subscriptions or services provided by Mohaaseb and cannot be withdrawn or transferred externally at this time.
By completing a payment, the user explicitly agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
